Green cleaning — using products and processes that reduce the environmental and health effects of housekeeping on both the indoor and outdoor environments — is catching on in companies, schools, and government agencies...
But Ashkin prefers hydrogen peroxide over chlorine-based products. Good old-fashioned vinegar, he says, is unsafe and these days made from petroleum, not a distillation.
