Iceland’s On-Going Financial Revolution | Sovereign Independent

Iceland’s On-Going Financial Revolution | Sovereign Independent:
... Iceland’s New Constitution In order to free the country from the exaggerated power of international finance and virtual money, the people of Iceland decided to draft a new constitution.

They elected twenty-five citizens from among 522 adults not belonging to any political party but recommended by at least thirty people. The constituent’s meetings were streamed on-line, and citizens could send their comments and suggestions, witnessing the document as it took shape. The constitution that emerged from this participatory democratic process was submitted to parliament for approval this fall.

The people of Greece have been told that the privatization of their public sector is the only way to keep the nation afloat. The people of Italy, Spain and Portugal are facing similar pressures. They, and the rest of us could learn a lot from Iceland, refusing to bow to foreign interests and stating loud and clear that the people can and will take their power back...

Activist Post: Washington's War on Syria

Activist Post: Washington's War on Syria:
On January 28, Arab League monitors suspended operations in Syria. In early February, they'll decide whether to end them altogether. League Secretary-General Nabil Elaraby blamed Assad for "resort(ing) to escalating the military option in complete violation of (his) commitments."

In fact, he's contesting a Western-generated insurgency. League despots support it. They also condoned NATO's Libya war, including massacres too great to ignore. They back NATO's plan to colonize, occupy and plunder Middle East states, including Iraq, Libya, Syria and Iran, as well as ongoing atrocities in Bahrain, Yemen, Somalia, Palestine, and elsewhere in the region.

On December 26, Arab League observers began monitoring Syrian cities. Sudanese General Mohammed Ahmed Mustafa al-Dabi led them. Instead of delivering the goods as planned, he called Assad "cooperative."

Ergo, end the mission. Initiate Plan B.

At issue is regime change and isolating Iran, not democracy and peace. America deplores both and won't tolerate them at home or abroad...

The War on Iran is Already Underway | nsnbc

The War on Iran is Already Underway | nsnbc
...Former CIA operative Phillip Giraldi writes that US and Israeli agents have been active in Iran for quite some time and are responsible for the epidemic of the Stuxnet virus and the series of assassinations of Iranian nuclear physicists. The groups within Iran which aligned themselves with the country’s foes are the People’s Mujahedin of Iran, the Baluchistan-based separatist Jundallah, whose leader Abdolmajid Rigi was arrested in February, 2010 by Iranian security forces and admitted to cooperating with the CIA, and the Kurdish Free Life of Kurdistan.

In essence, a war against Iran – up to date a secret war – is underway. The problem the parties involved are trying to resolve is to find a way of prevailing without entering the “hot” phase of the conflict.

Confessions of a Lukewarmist Alex Jones' Infowars: There's a war on for your mind!:
Today, the Wall Street Journal published a letter from 16 distinguished scientists addressed to political candidates entitled, No Need to Panic About Global Warming.

“Perhaps the most inconvenient fact is the lack of global warming for well over 10 years now,” they write, a fact that “is known to the warming establishment…”

The piece directly attacks the notion that carbon dioxide emissions are warming the globe, concluding with:

Every candidate should support rational measures to protect and improve our environment, but it makes no sense at all to back expensive programs that divert resources from real needs and are based on alarming but untenable claims of ‘incontrovertible’ evidence.

The term ‘incontrovertible’ refers to a policy statement of the American Physical Society which states, “The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring.”

These guys are no lightweights. The group includes a Nobel Prize-winning physicist, the aerospace engineer who designed Voyager, past and present editors of scientific journals; professors from Princeton, Cambridge and MIT, and the president of the World Federation of Scientists...

The Elephant In The Living Room ... At War With The World - David Icke Website

The Elephant In The Living Room ... At War With The World - David Icke Website: Well, how blatant, how in our face, does it have to be before the elephant on the sofa is acknowledged for what it is? Rothschild Zionism is leading the world into yet another war and this time with the serious potential to explode into a third global conflict – what they have long sought to engineer.

I refer to Zionism as ‘Rothschild Zionism’ to constantly expose who created this expression of undiluted evil and who controls it to this day – the House of Rothschild. The secret society called Zionism was not created for the benefit of Jewish people, but to use them as a cover to pursue the merciless annexation of Planet Earth. Many and increasing numbers of Jewish people can now see this. They have been ‘had’ on a monumental scale. The first Rothschild Zionist Congress was in Basel, Switzerland, in August 1897, but not many realise that it was originally due to take place in Munich, Germany.

It had to be relocated because of opposition from Jewish people in Germany who did not want to be shipped off to Palestine, as per Rothschild Zionist agenda. They were doing fine, thanks, so go away and take your silly idea with you. But little more than 30 years later the Rothschild-engineered and Rockefeller-Harriman-Bush-funded Nazi Party came to power in Germany and began to target the German Jewish population and those in other countries. Vast numbers of Jewish people left Germany and Europe in general as a result of this abomination and headed for the United States and … Palestine.

Thanks to the Nazis, the Rothschild Zionist leadership got its way. Coincidence? Not a chance...

Activist Post: Torture and Abuse in Libya:
NATO's alleged "responsibility to protect" was subterfuge. Months of terror bombings left Libya a charnel house.

Africa's most developed country was ravaged. Tens of thousands were killed, multiples more injured, and millions left on their own to sink or swim.

When is war not war? It's when mass killing and destruction are called the right thing. It's also when terrorizing and traumatizing an entire population goes unaddressed.

Add horrific torture to other crimes and abuses, according to Amnesty International (AI), Doctors Without Borders, and Human Rights Watch (HRW)...

Contrary to Widespread Claims, There Is NO EVIDENCE that Iran Is Building a Nuclear Weapon - informationliberation
Iran Is NOT Building a Nuclear Bomb

Earlier this month, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said:
Are they [the Iranians] trying to develop a nuclear weapon? No. But we know that they’re trying to develop a nuclear capability. And that’s what concerns us.
Director of National Intelligence James Clapper confirmed in a Senate hearing – following the release of the classified National Intelligence Estimate in 2011 – that he has a “high level of confidence” that Iran “has not made a decision as of this point to restart its nuclear weapons program.”

Mohamed ElBaradei – who spent more than a decade as the director of the IAEA – said that he had not “seen a shred of evidence” that Iran was pursuing the bomb.

Six former ambassadors to Iran within the last decade say that there is no evidence that Iran is building nuclear weapons, and that Iran is complying with international law.

The International Atomic Energy Agency states:
All nuclear material in the facility remains under the Agency’s containment and surveillance.
In other words, all nuclear fuel is accounted for and is being controlled and monitored by the international agency tasked with nuclear non-proliferation.

What about Iran’s enriching uranium to 20%? The IAEA considers 20 percent enriched uranium to be low-enriched uranium and “a fully adequate isotopic barrier” to weaponization. In other words, 20% is well within the legal guidelines for developing a program of nuclear energy.

Indeed, under the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), Iran is acting in a wholly legal fashion. As the six former ambassadors cited above note...

To imprison us all…

To imprison us all…:
(NaturalNews) "To imprison us all" is a poem by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, written to counter the loss of liberty currently being witnessed across all levels of society:

To imprison our memories, they gave us revisionist history.
To imprison our present-day minds, they made us drink fluoride.
To imprison our biology, they gave us prescription medications.
To imprison our ideas, they created intellectual property laws.
To imprison our legal identities, they created social security numbers.
To imprison our children, they gave us vaccines.
To imprison our mental health, they gave us psychiatry.
To imprison our agriculture, they created genetically modified seeds.
To imprison our soils, they created chemical pesticides.
To imprison our sense of self worth, they created fashion and cosmetics.
To imprison our speech, they created SOPA.
To imprison our persons and effects, they created the TSA.
To imprison our protests, they created the NDAA.
To imprison our productivity, they created the IRS.
To imprison our money supply, they created the Federal Reserve.
To imprison our financial future, they created endless debt.
To imprison our consumption habits, they created television advertising.
To imprison our perspective, they created television news.
To imprison our medical professionals, they created medical schools.
To imprison scientific truth, they created science journals.
To imprison our teenage boys, they created violent video games.
To imprison our teenage girls, they created Gardasil.
To imprison our online interactions, they created search engine profiling and tracking technology.
To imprison our sex, they created sexual dysfunction diseases.
To imprison our foods and farms, they created the Health Department.

And then,
To secure the prisons against resistance, they passed gun restriction laws.
To quell dissent, they taught the masses to be dehumanized and dumbed-down.
To solidy their arrogance over the masses, they erected a scientific dictatorship.
To ensure blind obedience, they positioned government as savior.

While the prisons were numerous and carefully constructed,
No matter how hard they tried,
They could not imprison our souls.
And once we recognized the prisons,
And identified those responsible for building them,
We rose up against them,
Setting free our minds,
Our bodies
Our children
Our productivity
Our liberties
And our futures.
We are Americans. To imprison us all...

Is inconceivable.

US Military Refuses To Drive Bilderberg Israeli Bus Off Cliff Into WW III | Video Rebel's Blog:
... If you want to hear fantasies about Iran’s nuclear weapons program that does not exist, you will have to go to a news outlet that either takes money from the Federal Reserve or is owned by Zionists and arms manufacturers. There is no evidence that Iran has an active program to make nuclear weapons. The Iranians are at 20% enrichment which is enough to make medical isotopes. They need to get to over 90% to make a bomb.

Yet we have heard nothing but war talk against Iran ever since the invasion of Iraq. We spent a trillion dollars and lots of lives fighting in Iraq over WMDs we knew never existed even before we invaded. We spent over a trillion dollars fighting in Afghanistan because the Taliban refused to turn over Osama bin Laden without evidence that he was responsible for 911. The US refused to produce any evidence of Osama’s crimes because there was none. But there is overwhelming evidence that Israel did 911 which I will demonstrate in my next essay...

Most Syrians back President Assad, but you'd never know from western media | Citizens for Legitimate Government: Most Syrians back President Assad, but you'd never know from western media --Assad's popularity, Arab League observers, US military involvement: all distorted in the west's propaganda war By Jonathan Steele 17 Jan 2012 Suppose a respectable opinion poll found that most Syrians are in favour of Bashar al-Assad remaining as president, would that not be major news? Especially as the finding would go against the dominant narrative about the Syrian crisis, and the media considers the unexpected more newsworthy than the obvious. Alas, not in every case. When coverage of an unfolding drama ceases to be fair and turns into a propaganda weapon, inconvenient facts get suppressed. So it is with the results of a recent YouGov Siraj poll on Syria commissioned by The Doha Debates, funded by the Qatar Foundation.

Aluminum Fluoride = Alzheimer’s and Dementia - David Icke Website:
'Research shows that fluoridation does not reduce cavities but quite possibly increases them, yet we fluoridate our water, then spray aluminum from the sky to pollute that water, the soil, and air. We unwittingly ingest this aluminum, take a nice cool drink of fluoridated water, and end up a few years down the road wondering where we misplaced our minds and health. This is a two-part mix that leads to a crippling disease.

Our brains and nervous systems are under attack, and we end up paying dearly for the privilege of being poisoned to death. Insane? Yes. But very real. Whether you believe we are being subjected to an intentional depopulation agenda or simply hapless victims of reckless corporate greed, it’s happening! You can’t refute the facts. Aluminum Fluoride = Alzheimer’s and Dementia. The combination is deadly. They know it, I know it, and now you know it.'

As a result, readers and viewers are uninformed. Imperial Washington gets free reign to keep ravaging the world one country at a time, threatening humanity in the process.

Arguably, three major broadsheets are America's most influential - The New York Times, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal. Each has large followings, especially among opinion makers.

They also contradict London Guardian commentator Jonathan Steele's January 17 article titled, "Most Syrians back President Assad, but you you'd never know from western media," saying:

New Statesman - The war on democracy

New Statesman - The war on democracy:
... Last July, the American historian William Blum published his updated "summary of the charming record of US foreign policy". Since the Second World War, the United States has:

1) Attempted to overthrow more than 50 governments, most of them democratically elected.
2) Attempted to suppress a populist or national movement in 20 countries.
3) Grossly interfered in democratic elections in at least 30 countries.
4) Dropped bombs on the people of more than 30 countries.
5) Attempted to assassinate more than 50 foreign leaders.

In total, the United States has carried out one or more of these actions in 69 countries. In almost all cases, Britain has been a collaborator. The "enemy" changes in name - from communism to Islamism - but mostly it is the rise of democracy independent of western power, or a society occupying strategically useful territory and deemed expendable, like the Chagos Islands...

Why is President Obama sending 12, 000 U.S. troops to Libya? | nsnbc:
... Now, from Libya, reports are that even while the Misrata rebels (NATO allies responsible for the murder of hundreds of Libyans, including Moatessem Qaddafi) attempted to scale the petroleum platforms in Brega (an important oil town in Libya), they were annihilated by the Apache helicopters of their own NATO allies. A resistance Libyan doctor-become-journalist reported yesterday that all of the petroleum platforms are occupied by NATO and that warships occupy Libya’s ports. Photographs show Italian encampments in the desert with an announcement that the French are to follow.

Another news outlet reports that Qataris and Emiratees are the engineers now at the oil plants, turning away desperate Libyan workers. While long lines exist for Libyan drivers to get their gas, foreign troops ensure the black gold’s export. Libyans lack enough food and the basics, the country has been turned upside down, and contaminated with uranium while the true number of dead and unaccounted for remains high and unknown. Thousands of young Libyans, supporters of the Jahamiriya, languish under torture and assassination in a Misrata prison where a humanitarian disaster is about to unfold because Misrata rebels want to kill them all and have already attacked the prison once to do so. An urgent appeal to contact the International Red Cross was issued yesterday to help save the lives of the prisoners. And finally, Black Libyans continue to be targeted for harassment and murder in Libya by US/NATO allies on the ground...

Activist Post: Is the head of one tyrant worth the lives of millions?:
As NATO and other Western nations are staging war games right off the shores of Iran, the mainstream media is waging an extensive propaganda campaign back home. Excuse after excuse has been handed down to us in the past few months, but is there really any justification in the world for the West to bring the same death and destruction to Iran that they have brought to Iraq? Is there any captured spy, or weapons program, or crazed dictator that is worth the creation of another human rights nightmare and money pit like we have seen in Iraq and Afghanistan?

I won’t argue that Ahmadinejad has a few screws loose, and I'll agree that he is a tyrant who runs a brutal theocracy. However, is that any reason to put the lives of millions of innocent people in danger and to destroy the infrastructure of a thriving civilization, whose only crime is that they are subservient to an oppressive dictator? Isn’t every country on the planet guilty of that same offense? Should we be judged individually for the actions of Bush? Or the actions of Obama? Or the actions of the interrogators at Guantanamo Bay? Are you guilty of the horrors committed by these people simply because half of your paycheck was forcibly taken from you to fund all of this?...

Iran: Economic sanctions the diplomacy of cowards? | nsnbc

Iran: Economic sanctions the diplomacy of cowards? | nsnbc:
By Stuart Littlewood

Britain’s foreign secretary William Hague is taking a long time to answer the sort of questions he must have mulled over before starting this country along another warmongering road to hell.

Explanation, please

So I’ve sent my MP, a Foreign Office minister as it happens, yet another signal…

I wrote to you a month ago asking for an explanation from Mr Hague for his hostility towards Iran and requesting concrete proof of Iran’s military application of nuclear technology. I have not received a reply.

Mr Hague was also asked, since he is so bent on ratcheting up sanctions clearly intended to cripple the Iranian economy, whether Her Majesty’s Government had so easily forgotten the misery and deprivation inflicted on civil society, especially children, during the 12 years of sanctions against Iraq before that country was reduced to rubble on false pretenses?

I was also curious to know why he’s not more concerned about Israel’s nuclear arsenal, the threat it poses to the region and beyond, and the mental attitude of the Israeli regime. Why hasn’t he sought sanctions against Israel for its refusal to sign up to the Nucllear Non-Proliferation Treaty or engage constructively on the issue of its nuclear and other WMD programmes?

And aren’t sanctions long overdue for Israel’s repeated defiance of international and humanitarian laws in the Holy Land?

What threat is Iran to Britain? How many times has a British foreign secretary visited Tehran in the 32 years since the Islamic Revolution? Did Mr Hague make amends for this dereliction of diplomatic duty before embarking on his campaign for “an intensification of the economic pressure”, which many see as fateful step towards the war with Iran that Washington’s neo-cons have been cooking up for some time?

Has Iran wronged Britain? Actually it’s the other way round. The British Government has been a menace to Iran ever since it took a major shareholding in Anglo-Persian Oil in 1914 and swindled the host country out of its fair share of the profits. Worst of all was Britain’s abominable conduct towards the Iranians in 1951-53, when a previous Tory government sabotaged their democracy and created the circumstances that eventually caused the Islamic Revolution of 1979. The present-day Tory Government, instead of straining every sinew to pave the way for trade and co-operation in order to influence the Iranian leadership, is spoiling for another fight.

Please tell us: is Her Majesty’s Government going to send our young men (and women) to die in Iran for Israel?

In 2001 Jack Straw was the first British foreign secretary to visit Tehran in the 22 years since the Revolution. The Israelis made a big fuss, complaining that his trip was “sticking a knife in Israel’s back”. Am I right in thinking there has been no top level face-to-face contact since 2003 and that the Foreign Office has been more concerned about what Zionist extremists might say than winning the prize of good relations with Iran?

This latest escalation of hostility cannot possibly be in the British interest. Mr Hague’s job as foreign secretary is to make friends for Britain not enemies.

Sabre-rattling is “beyond stupid” says Simon Jenkins

You may have seen the excellent piece by Simon Jenkins in The Guardian on 3 January http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2012/jan/03/britain-ramoing-sanctions-against-iran-washington, also asking why Britain is ramping up sanctions against Iran.

“The EU must this month decide whether to collude with the US in this dangerous game and ban Iran’s oil exports,” he says. “This sabre-rattling – in the midst of a recession – is beyond stupid. No one has seriously doubted that Iran’s government, surrounded by nuclear-armed or nuclear-allied powers, would one day seek a similar capability.”

The Government claims tougher sanctions will “hasten Iran’s economic collapse and deepen rifts within the regime, in the hope that saner voices will deem the price of pursuing nuclear weapons too high”. But sanctions do not initiate such a process, says Jenkins. “They just build walls… The idea that any nation becomes more malleable when threatened from outside is absurd. Economic sanctions are coward’s diplomacy…. merely a low-risk way of bullying the world…

“As for rattling a sabre whenever Washington says so, that is the most humiliating idiocy.”

Who disagrees?

Declassified documents show how Washington’s Dirty Tricks department, way back in the 1960s, was dreaming up evil schemes to provoke military intervention in Cuba. They created false pretexts such as staged catastrophes and false-flag incidents that would inflame public opinion and be blamed on the enemy. The US was prepared to go to extraordinary lengths and great expense to bamboozle the world into believing that Cuba was committing hostile acts against the US, thus providing “justification” for US military action.

Nothing changes. How often have we seen this same contemptible game played out by the US and Israel – and regrettably Britain – to start unjust wars?

Messrs Hague and Cameron both voted enthusiastically for the Iraq war, a decision of staggering irresponsibility based on neo-con lies. The cost – in lives, ruination and destruction – has been horrendous. The loss of respect for Britain is probably permanent. What possessed them to support taking us to war on trumped-up intelligence and inflicting shock and awe on good people?

I hope you and your colleagues realise that the British public won’t have their intelligence insulted a second time.

(sent today)

Joining the dots in the Gould-Werritty affair

In the meantime, former ambassador Craig Murray has continued his research into the shady activities of Adam Werritty and Britain’s Jewish ambassador to Israel, Matthew Gould. Werrity is the special friend and self-styled “adviser” to disgraced defence secretary Liam Fox, while Gould before his posting to Tel Aviv was principal private secretary to the previous (Labour) foreign secretary David Miliband and deputy head of mission at the embassy in Iran. He also spent two years as foreign and security policy counsellor in Washington and was brought back to serve as private secretary for foreign affairs to the then prime minister, Tony Blair

Gould was plucked almost straight from university and a sheltered life. The Jerusalem Post on 29 May last year reported he had “declared his commitment to Israel and the principles of Zionism”. What are we to make, then, of Britain’s representative to the delinquent, racist regime in the powder-keg of the Middle East?

Would Her Majesty’s Government consider appointing a fanatical Islamist as ambassador to Iran?

In his blog
http://www.craigmurray.org.uk/archives/2012/01/werrittymiliband-they-were-all-in-it/ Murray claims to have established that Gould and Werritty held at least 8 meetings. “Only two of these eight were recorded by Gus O’Donnell in his pathetic “investigation” into the Fox Werritty affair.

“It is simply impossible that Matthew Gould, a senior British diplomat, attended all of these meetings and events, yet no formal minute or note of any of them exists.”

Murray says the media blackout on what Werritty was really up to is because “there is a silent cross-party agreement among the political establishment to ally the UK strongly with the interests of Israel… Werritty’s activities were therefore countenanced by both New Labour and Conservative leaderships.

“My sources within the civil service remain adamant that the purpose of all this activity was diplomatic preparation for an attack on Iran…I have proven that the Gould/Werritty connection was indeed far more extensive than the Establishment were prepared to admit, and directly implicated Miliband and Hague with Werritty. It was deliberately underplayed by Gus O’Donnell’s report, in a blatant act of political lying by the then Cabinet Secretary.”

Murray says he’s been tipped off that Werritty met with Robert Gates, recently retired US Defence Secretary, on two occasions, and he’d be grateful to any US-based readers who can track that down.

Haiti, a close neighbor of the US with over nine million people, was devastated by earthquake on January 12, 2010. Hundreds of thousands were killed and many more wounded.

The UN estimated international donors gave Haiti over $1.6 billion in relief aid since the earthquake (about $155 per Haitian) and over $2 billion in recovery aid (about $173 per Haitian) over the last two years.

Yet Haiti looks like the earthquake happened two months ago, not two years. Over half a million people remain homeless in hundreds of informal camps, most of the tons of debris from destroyed buildings still lays where it fell, and cholera, a preventable disease, was introduced into the country and is now an epidemic killing thousands and sickening hundreds of thousands more...

(NaturalNews) In Chinese culture, every year has an animal mascot. It's the "year of the monkey," for example, or the year of the rooster. For NaturalNews, 2012 is the year of consciousness (or conscious awakening, in a sense).

Does this mean we're going to abandon the mundane daily news of planet earth and float off into la-la land where we start chanting mantras and worshipping self-proclaimed enlightened gurus? Hardly. In fact, in 2012 I want to talk with you about what I call grounded consciousness. Or "holistic consciousness."

And why? Because it is the lack of consciousness that's behind every corporate crime, government conspiracy, political corruption, Big Pharma scheme and environmental crime that takes place on our planet. Those who lack consciousness engage in "you versus me" crimes of selfishness -- stealing, exploiting, destroying, deceiving -- yet such behaviors come from a place of ignorance about consciousness and the universe around us...

PressTV - UK's secret plots for Syria:
Revelations have surfaced about the presence of British spies in Syria as the UK government draws secret plans for a NATO-backed no-fly zone over the country.

A British security official has revealed that Britain's Ministry of Defence has been drawing up secret plots to secure a NATO-sponsored no-fly zone over Syria as intelligence agents from MI6 and the CIA are examining the situation on the ground in the country, reported the Daily Star.

“MI6 and the CIA are in Syria to infiltrate,” revealed the newspaper.

The revelations come as the Western media has launched a campaign to criticise the presence of the Arab League observers in Syria calling on them to return so that their governments would be able to draw up plots for military intervention based on fabricated evidence.

However, independent analysts have seriously questioned the West's media hype over the usefulness of the Arab League observers' presence in Syria, as they assert the West is using the Arab League as an NGO.

“[The Arab League] has been one of the most pathetic organizations in the Arab World for a long, long time, doing nothing on Palestine, doing nothing to prevent the war on Iraq. And, now it's being used as an NGO by the West,” said Tariq Ali, editor of London-based New Left Review.

Furthermore, Ali warned against the Western intervention in Syria saying “we need a negotiated settlement in Syria.”

“We do not want a Western intervention as in Libya which with each passing day the information coming out of Libya shows the disaster,” said Ali in an interview with Russia's English news channel Russia Today.

The Daily Star also reported that the Western intervention in Syria “is all going like Libya but this will be bigger and bloodier.”

Furthermore, the British newspaper revealed that the British government's “highest priority” while drawing up its secret plots would be Israel's security saying “Syria supports Hezbollah. That threatens Israel.”

Pointing out that Western intervention in Syria has already started, Ali said: “I don't know why they [foreign nations] seem reluctant to [acknowledging armed opposition extremists operating in Syria] because most the nations which seem reluctant to notice that are the ones who're supplying the weaponry.”

PressTV - Britain, allies breed violence in Syria

PressTV - Britain, allies breed violence in Syria:
Britain and its NATO allies have launched a propaganda campaign based on blatant lies by alleged human rights activists and a network of duplicity and deception to ignite a war on Syria.

The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which has been the main source of these blatant lies, receives all its reports via phone and YouTube videos from inside Syria, none of which could be verified or authenticated independently or officially, it has been revealed.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is also working in close coordination with both US-funded NGOs and British Foreign Secretary William Hague.

As far as the UN Human Right Council's report about the situation in Syria is concerned, it has recently been revealed that the report entitled Syrian “crimes against humanity” was actually co-authored by Karen Koning AbuZayd, a director of the US Washington-based corporate think-tank, 'Middle East Policy Council', that includes Exxon men, CIA agents, US military and government representatives, and even the president of the US-Qatar Business Council, which includes amongst its membership, Al-Jazeera, Chevron, Exxon, munitions manufacturer Raytheon, and Boeing.

The UN report itself contained no verifiable evidence, but rather hearsay accounts recorded in Geneva by alleged "victims" "witnesses," and "defectors," put forth by "all interested persons and organizations." In other words, the UN report was an open invitation for Syria's enemies to paint whatever image of the ruling government they pleased...

PressTV - Israeli fighter details 1948 genocide

PressTV - Israeli fighter details 1948 genocide:
A former Israeli soldier has revealed Israel's atrocities, ethnic cleansing, massacres, colonization and racism carried out against Palestinians in the 1948 war.

In a video testimony, Amnon Neumann said that he participated in the expulsion of unarmed Palestinians from their villages in southern Israel.

Admitting his crimes, Neumann described that he helped kill people, burn the villages, and chase off women and children.

"This is very clear. We came to inherit the land. Who do you inherit from? If the land is empty you inherit it from no one. The land was not empty when we inherited it," he said.

The Israeli veteran, who was a former Palmach fighter, said the reason for the Nakba of 1948 was "the Zionist ideology."

"Like all ultranationalist movements, Zionism requires the murder and expulsion of people and the destruction of all evidence of their existence. Those not destroyed must be permanently subjugated by the ethnicity in charge," he explained...
