US has controversial evidence of chemical weapon use in Syria - expert:
... Mr Lavrov called to ensure that UN weapons inspectors can carry out an objective investigation of chemical attacks in Damascus suburbs, and no action can be taken before its conclusions. Did he mean that Western powers are prepared to go to war with the Assad regime even before it becomes clear who is responsible for the gas attack?

That is not unlikely, because it is very likely, that if it becomes clear who has committed the alleged gas attack, then it is most likely the opposition; and that would be a very big embarrassment. The only report which the United States is using as “uncontroversial evidence” is coming from Doctors without Borders, and Doctors without Borders has for a long time actually functioned as a NATO Medical Battalion, which has a member of Goldman Sachs Bank on its Board of Directors. So yes, it is very likely, not least because it will be a big embarrassment if the truth gets out...
